If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, or a different product of equal or lesser value. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact customer support

About Returns:

  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

FightEm utilizes two Print-On-Demand companies to source its products. Both providers use Standard shipping rates that are fixed and calculated based on the average shipping cost for each product category. All products in their shipping category have similar dimensions, weight, and packaging.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then starts processing your order the following business day. When finished, it is then picked, packed, and dispatched. Once it is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information, along with an estimated delivery date from the associated courrier. On average, this process takes 2-5 days from order submission to dispatching the warehouse. Covid may delay this process.

This can be concerning, but before contacting customer support, please check the following:

  • Check with family members, neighbors, co-workers, a building manager, apartment office, or others who may have accepted your order on your behalf.
  • The carrier may have placed your order somewhere near your door, out of plain view. Look for your order in places such as the back door, garage, or behind bushes. Check your tracking information to see if a location was noted.
  • UPS has a service called UPS Access Point. If you are not available for your delivery, the delivery driver may take your package to an Access Point for you to pick up. Check your tracking information to confirm the delivery location.
  • Allow 48 hours- in rare situations, or during peak delivery times, packages may state delivered up to 48 hours prior to their arrival.

If it has been 48 hours past your delivery notification and you still haven't located the delivery, contact customer support further assistance.

Yes, contact customer support immediately if you prefer to make changes. If the product has not yet been sent to fulfillment we can change your order. This is most successful with orders placed within 24 hours.

FightEm utilizes Print-On-Demand providers to be more cost effective while this is a one person team for now.

Our primary POD provider has facilities on both US coasts—in Charlotte, North Carolina and Los Angeles, California. They also have fulfillment centers in Canada, Mexico, Latvia, Spain, and fulfillment partners in Australia and Japan. Products are made in the warehouse closest to delivery location for maximum efficiency. Our secondary POD provider uses multiple facilities across the US to print and package each product.

50% of all profit is donated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. More specifically, after the product is paid for, the remaining 50% of the money is donated to Emily’s Night The Light Fundraiser for LLS which raises money for life-saving RESEARCH & SUPPORT for cancer patients and their families.
